Early years

The messages children receive and the environments they grow into have a profound and lasting impact into their adult years. If we want to live in a compassionate world tomorrow, we have to raise young people with care and kindness today.

Sadly, this is not the experience for the millions of children who are growing up in conditions of poverty, abuse, or neglect.

Our Compassion and Early Years Cluster is establishing the policies and approaches needed to create environments for young people that are caring and compassionate, establishing the firm foundations for a healthy and happy future.
