Her work supports mission-driven leaders and organizations to become powerful change agents by bridging purpose, whole-brain leadership, and effective strategy while increasing well-being and flow within teams.&nbsp;She brings to her work two decades of experience across a wide and complimentary range of disciplines spanning from law, to mediation, cross-cultural leadership, transformational coaching and purpose alignment, facilitation, diversity, equity and inclusion, and peace-driven advocacy. Kawtar was awarded the Bronze Leader of the Year 2023 Award by Women Changing the World in London, UK. In 2020, she was voted Global Woman of the Year for her transformational education by The Global Institute for Evolutionary Women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kathryn Lovewell<\/strong> is the Founder of Kind Mind Academy, award-winning international speaker and best-selling author specialising in Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) for children, women, and families. A certified MSC teacher, professional speaker and author of \u201cThe Little Book of Self-Compassion,\u201d \u201cThe Voices in My Head!\u201d and \u201cEvery Teacher Matters, Inspiring Well-being through Mindfulness.\u201d Kathryn is also a certified Awakening Joy Facilitator and the host of the \u201cCompassion Champions\u201d Gathering for The Global Compassion Coalition.
