You don’t have to be a GCC member. And if you just want to listen\, that’s totally fine too! \nEach meet-up will include some of the following: \n\nPrompts to encourage some personal reflections\nPractical suggestions and advice for developing your compassion practice\nFree space for those that want to share their thoughts and experiences\nOptional small group spaces for sharing\nInspiration for putting compassion into action in your personal life\, your community and the wider world\n\n  \nWhere? Zoom – the link will be sent to you upon registration \nWhen? Fortnightly (every 2 weeks). The start time of each fortnightly meeting will roughly alternate between 9am and 6pm UK to suit people across different time zones. \nWhat to expect? Many people have described feeling uplifted and energised after taking part; one person said “The human connection is amazing\, magical\, alive.” \nWe’d love for you to join us!
