Durant la p\u00e9riode qui a abouti aux n\u00e9gociations du Trait\u00e9 sur l&#039;interdiction des armes nucl\u00e9aires (TIAN), Daniel a coordonn\u00e9 les actions de plaidoyer d&#039;ICAN et a \u0153uvr\u00e9 \u00e0 sensibiliser les gouvernements \u00e0 l&#039;\"\u00a0Initiative humanitaire\u00a0\" et au principe d&#039;un nouveau trait\u00e9 d&#039;interdiction des armes nucl\u00e9aires, afin de susciter leur compr\u00e9hension et leur soutien. Lors des n\u00e9gociations du trait\u00e9 \u00e0 New York en 2017, il a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 diriger l&#039;\u00e9quipe de lobbying d&#039;ICAN pour garantir que le trait\u00e9 refl\u00e8te les principes fondamentaux d&#039;ICAN. Depuis 2018, le travail de Daniel est ax\u00e9 sur le soutien aux partenaires d&#039;ICAN pour obtenir un soutien politique au trait\u00e9 dans les \u00c9tats b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d&#039;une protection nucl\u00e9aire, ainsi que sur l&#039;\u00e9largissement du r\u00e9seau de parties prenantes qui d\u00e9fendent le TIAN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Claire Yorke est ma\u00eetre de conf\u00e9rences \u00e0 l&#039;Australian War College, universitaire et auteure. Elle a r\u00e9cemment achev\u00e9 un projet financ\u00e9 par l&#039;UE sur l&#039;empathie et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 internationale \u00e0 l&#039;Universit\u00e9 du Danemark du Sud et \u00e9tait auparavant chercheuse postdoctorale \u00e0 l&#039;Universit\u00e9 de Yale. Elle a obtenu son doctorat au D\u00e9partement d&#039;\u00e9tudes de guerre du King&#039;s College de Londres et a travaill\u00e9 auparavant \u00e0 Chatham House et au Parlement britannique.
