Ciara Byrne<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En mars 2013, Ciara Byrne et Kim MacQuarrie ont cofond\u00e9 Green Our Planet, une association \u00e0 but non lucratif bas\u00e9e \u00e0 Las Vegas. Green Our Planet g\u00e8re le plus vaste et le plus complet programme de jardins scolaires et de culture hydroponique ax\u00e9 sur les STIM (sciences, technologies, ing\u00e9nierie et math\u00e9matiques) aux \u00c9tats-Unis. Sa mission est d'am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats scolaires des \u00e9l\u00e8ves en STIM gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une p\u00e9dagogie par projets, incluant l'\u00e9ducation nutritionnelle, l'\u00e9ducation financi\u00e8re et la sensibilisation \u00e0 l'environnement, de la maternelle \u00e0 la terminale. Green Our Planet a am\u00e9nag\u00e9 plus de 250 jardins ext\u00e9rieurs et plus de 750 laboratoires hydroponiques dans 46 \u00c9tats, touchant ainsi plus de 350\u00a0000 \u00e9l\u00e8ves \u00e0 travers les \u00c9tats-Unis. L'association a form\u00e9 plus de 14\u00a0000 enseignants, contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 l'organisation de plus de 1\u00a0500 march\u00e9s de producteurs g\u00e9r\u00e9s par les \u00e9l\u00e8ves et de plus de 1\u00a0200 d\u00e9monstrations culinaires. Avant de diriger Green Our Planet, Ciara \u00e9tait \u00e0 la t\u00eate de Lion Television, une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de production cin\u00e9matographique implant\u00e9e \u00e0 New York et \u00e0 Los Angeles. Elle a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des films pour des cha\u00eenes du monde entier, notamment PBS, BBC, TLC, Discovery Channel et National Geographic.
