No per\u00edodo que culminou nas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es do Tratado sobre a Proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de Armas Nucleares (TPNW), Daniel coordenou os esfor\u00e7os de advocacy da ICAN e foi respons\u00e1vel por gerar conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o, compreens\u00e3o e apoio entre os governos para a &quot;Iniciativa Humanit\u00e1ria&quot; e para o conceito de um novo tratado para banir armas nucleares. Durante a negocia\u00e7\u00e3o do tratado em Nova York, em 2017, ele ajudou a liderar a equipe de lobby da ICAN para garantir que o Tratado refletisse os princ\u00edpios fundamentais da ICAN. Desde 2018, o trabalho de Daniel tem se concentrado em apoiar o trabalho dos parceiros da ICAN para obter apoio pol\u00edtico ao Tratado em contextos de estados com &quot;guarda-chuva nuclear&quot;, bem como em ampliar a comunidade de partes interessadas que defendem o TPNW.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Claire Yorke \u00e9 professora s\u00eanior no Australian War College, acad\u00eamica e autora. Recentemente, concluiu um projeto financiado pela Uni\u00e3o Europeia sobre Empatia e Seguran\u00e7a Internacional na Universidade do Sul da Dinamarca e, anteriormente, foi pesquisadora de p\u00f3s-doutorado na Universidade de Yale. Ela concluiu seu doutorado no Departamento de Estudos de Guerra do King&#039;s College London e, antes disso, trabalhou na Chatham House e no Parlamento Brit\u00e2nico.
