Myoshin Kelley<\/strong> Ela pratica medita\u00e7\u00e3o h\u00e1 mais de 45 anos e ensina h\u00e1 30. Recebeu instru\u00e7\u00f5es do Dharma de renomados mestres de medita\u00e7\u00e3o budista das tradi\u00e7\u00f5es Theravada, Zen e Vajrayana. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inicialmente, ela se formou como professora de medita\u00e7\u00e3o sob a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de Joseph Goldstein e Sharon Salzburg na Insight Meditation Society. Ministrou retiros na Am\u00e9rica do Norte e, posteriormente, foi nomeada professora residente no Forest Refuge, o centro de pr\u00e1tica de longa dura\u00e7\u00e3o da IMS. Ela foi apresentada aos ensinamentos Vajrayana em 1993 e conheceu Mingyur Rinpoche em 1998. Mudou-se para Minneapolis, Minnesota, em 2010, com seu marido, Edwin Kelley, para ajudar a estabelecer o centro. Tergar<\/a>, pois a vis\u00e3o de tornar essas pr\u00e1ticas acess\u00edveis a pessoas de todas as origens era muito atraente.
