class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u4e3b\u9898\u6f14\u8bb2\u5bf9\u8bdd<\/strong>\u4e54\u6069\u00b7\u5361\u5df4\u91d1\u548c\u739b\u683c\u4e3d\u7279\u00b7\u5e93\u4f26\u5c06\u5206\u4eab\u4ed6\u4eec\u5bf9\u6b63\u5ff5\u548c\u6148\u60b2\u7684\u53d8\u9769\u529b\u91cf\u7684\u89c1\u89e3\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5b9e\u8df5\u5982\u4f55\u6fc0\u52b1\u4e3a\u793e\u4f1a\u6b63\u4e49\u800c\u91c7\u53d6\u7684\u96c6\u4f53\u884c\u52a8\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u53d7\u52a9\u8005\u7684\u6545\u4e8b<\/strong>\uff1a\u542c\u542c\u201c\u540c\u60c5\u5fc3\u884c\u52a8\u201d\u7684\u53d7\u52a9\u8005\u4eec\u8bb2\u8ff0\u4ed6\u4eec\u7684\u521b\u65b0\u9879\u76ee\u4ee5\u53ca\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9879\u76ee\u5bf9\u793e\u533a\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u5f71\u54cd\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u884c\u52a8\u53f7\u53ec\uff1a <\/strong>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u662f\u4e00\u540d\u83b7\u5f97\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7684\u540c\u60c5\u5fc3\u6559\u5e08\uff0c\u60a8\u5c06\u4f1a\u4e86\u89e3\u5230\u5982\u4f55\u7533\u8bf7\u52a0\u5165 2025 \u5e74\u540c\u60c5\u5fc3\u56e2\u961f\u3002. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u4e54\u6069\u00b7\u5361\u5df4\u7279-\u6d25\u6069<br><\/strong>\u4e54\u6069\u00b7\u5361\u5df4\u91d1\u535a\u58eb\u662f\u4e00\u4f4d\u4e16\u754c\u77e5\u540d\u7684\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u3001\u51a5\u60f3\u5bfc\u5e08\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u6b63\u5ff5\u51cf\u538b\u7597\u6cd5\uff08MBSR\uff09\u7684\u521b\u59cb\u4eba\u3002\u4ed6\u7684\u5f00\u521b\u6027\u5de5\u4f5c\u5c06\u6b63\u5ff5\u5f15\u5165\u4e3b\u6d41\u533b\u5b66\u3001\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u9886\u57df\uff0c\u5f71\u54cd\u4e86\u5168\u7403\u6570\u767e\u4e07\u4eba\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u3002\u4e54\u6069\u8457\u6709\u591a\u90e8\u7545\u9500\u4e66\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u2026\u2026 <em>\u65e0\u8bba\u4f60\u8d70\u5230\u54ea\u91cc\uff0c\u4f60\u90fd\u5728\u90a3\u91cc<\/em> \u548c <em>\u5b8c\u5168\u707e\u96be\u751f\u6d3b<\/em>. \u4ed6\u7684\u6559\u8bf2\u6fc0\u53d1\u4e86\u5168\u7403\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u5bf9\u66f4\u9ad8\u610f\u8bc6\u3001\u540c\u60c5\u5fc3\u548c\u5e78\u798f\u611f\u7684\u8ffd\u6c42\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u739b\u683c\u4e3d\u7279\u00b7\u5361\u4f26<br><\/strong>\u739b\u683c\u4e3d\u7279\u00b7\u5e93\u4f26\uff08Margaret Cullen\uff0cMFT\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u4f4d\u6301\u8bc1\u6cbb\u7597\u5e08\u3001\u6b63\u5ff5\u5bfc\u5e08\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u201c\u6148\u60b2\u56e2\u201d\uff08Compassion Corps\uff09\u7684\u521b\u59cb\u4eba\u3002\u5979\u62e5\u6709\u6570\u5341\u5e74\u7684\u6b63\u5ff5\u5e72\u9884\u7ecf\u9a8c\uff0c\u6bd5\u751f\u81f4\u529b\u4e8e\u5c06\u6148\u60b2\u548c\u6b63\u5ff5\u878d\u5165\u6559\u80b2\u3001\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u548c\u793e\u4f1a\u6b63\u4e49\u4e8b\u4e1a\u3002\u5979\u662f\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8457\u4f5c\u7684\u5408\u8457\u8005\uff1a
