Hungry Beautiful Animals

How the beauty of a vegan world can expand our joy and transform our food system

with Matthew Halteman and Rodney Campbell

Matthew Halteman thinks it’s time to give the “v-word” a refresh. While the environmental, health, and ethical implications of meat consumption are clearer than ever, most people still hesitate to embrace meat-free living. Join us for a conversation with Professor Halteman to explore why a positive approach to promoting plant-based diets may be more effective than rigid rules or shaming meat-eaters, and how highlighting the joy and benefits of going vegan can encourage people to explore this lifestyle.
