Community Connecting Community
Maureen is an accredited faculty member and trainer of Choice Theory Psychology, Reality Therapy and Lead Management with William Glasser International. She is also the Global Compassion Coalition’s National Lead for Community Connectors Australia. Maureen facilitates workshops and programs based on cultivating relationships of inclusion, compassion and empowerment. to help each of us take responsibility for our own personal and community well-being.
Community Connectors can be anyone and everyone in our community. By volunteering as a Community Connector, we will help make our local community a place of care and compassion, where people are looking out for one another, where we let people know how and where to get help if they need it, find support if we are lonely or isolated and connect with activities that are happening in our community. It is about people helping people to strengthen our connection and relationships with one another.
