Biography

I’m Loic Ishimwe, a passionate advocate for youth education and community development, with a particular focus on empowering young refugee students. As the founder of The True Dreamers Initiative, I am dedicated to equipping students with essential academic and professional skills, including public speaking and debating. Our programs are designed to support and inspire students as they transition from high school into higher education and the workforce, helping them build confidence and achieve their goals.
