Biography
My name is Kingsley Mbwogge, and i am Cameroonian by nationality, i am a holder of a masters degree in International trade Law and investment in Africa. I am the National coordinator of Global Compassion Coalition Cameroon, and also the co-founder/vision bearer, and program coordinator of CENCORDEC Cameroon. CENCORDEC Cameroon is a nonprofit and nonpolitical organization working working actively, passionately, and objectively to advocate for a world of Compassion and peace, and also empower half-not humankind/ less privileged women, children, and marginalized hard to reach rural communities living in abject poverty.
Why I support the Compassion Coalition
For decades Cameroon enjoyed sustainable peace. The Country was considered as one of the most peaceful nations in Africa. Sadly for the past 9 years, Cameroon has been facing a sociology-political crisis in the 2 English speaking regions of the country, which have claimed many lives and dis[placed hundreds of thousands of persons. Also there have been frequent attacks by arm groups in the northern parts of Cameroon. The recent occurrence of arm conflicts in Cameroon, have created disunity, bitterness, hatred, unforgiveness, loss of properties/ economic opportunities, displacement of conflict affected persons, school drop out of thousands of children, economic hardship, hunger, poverty, and suffering. I strongly believe that Compassion is the only way to bring back sustainable peace in Cameroon, promote national unity, ensure peaceful coexistence, and foster the socioeconomic development of the people of Cameroon.
