He is ranked in the top 2% of all scientists worldwide by PLOS Biology based on his citations.

Why I support the Compassion Coalition

Our fMRI and hormonal studies have shown that coaching with compassion helps people be open to new ideas, others, learning and change. In marked contrast, most of the time when trying to help, people become bullies and impose their wishes on others. I am eager for more research on compassion in its many forms and practices.
