REGECE wants to see that the youth are dynamic and productive members of an entrepreneurial community or society, which is involved in every aspect of negotiating, decision-making, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating projects and programmes that influence their well-being positively or negatively. If the youth are involved in their communities this way, then the communities themselves will be meaningfully and effectively involved, more confident and more assertive in improving their livelihoods. Entrepreneurship is the most effective way to involve youth in the transformation of communities into communities of change.
