Why This Summit?

Across generations, patterns of pain, disconnection, and unhealed trauma can be unknowingly passed down. But so can strength, wisdom, and compassion.

This summit is your invitation to break the cycle — and create a more connected, compassionate legacy for yourself and those who follow.

Over five days, you’ll learn from world-renowned psychologists, mindfulness teachers, and trauma experts as they guide you through the essential pillars of intergenerational healing.

Each day brings a new focus — from the foundations of self-compassion and communication, to embracing identity, regulating the nervous system, and cultivating deep inner healing.

What you’ll learn

Through powerful video teachings and practical exercises, you’ll discover:

  • How to build self-compassion that strengthens both you and your relationships
  • Tools for supporting children through emotional and psychological challenges
  • Ways to interrupt inherited patterns of stress, shame, and disconnection
  • Mindfulness practices that promote resilience across the lifespan
  • Insights into parenting, trauma, cultural identity, and emotional regulation

When is the summit?

The live summit will take place from Monday 28th July – Friday 1st August 2025. All interviews will be streamed for free.

All videos will be available permanently afterwards through our on-demand platform for just $149. All proceeds will go towards supporting intergenerational compassion projects.

Summit Schedule

Day 1 (Mon 28th July) – Foundations of Intergenerational Healing

Heal yourself, support your child

Begin your journey by uncovering the roots of intergenerational healing. You’ll learn how to stand on your own side (with Rick Hanson), communicate with clarity and compassion (Oren Jay Sofer), nurture self-compassion across generations (Jamie Lynn Tatera), and support children through parts work and IFS (Carmen Jimenez Pride). This day lays the groundwork for deep, personal and family-level transformation.

Day 2 (Tue 29th July) – Embracing Our Identities

From self-understanding to self-empowerment

Explore the complex stories that shape who we are. With experts like Kristin Neff and Laila Narsi guiding self-compassion practices, and thought leaders like Charles Robinson Sr. and Daniel Ellenberg unpacking masculinity and cultural identity, this day helps you connect with your authentic self — and support others in doing the same.

Day 3 (Wed 30th July)– Healing Through Mindfulness

Awakening awareness across generations

Discover how mindfulness can be a powerful tool for healing inherited stress and trauma. From youth-focused practices (Dr. Christopher Willard and Dzung Vo) to contemplative neuroscience and social justice (Dr. Sará King), and inner ally-building work (Ashley Vigil-Otero), you’ll learn ways to deepen presence, resilience, and peace in yourself and your family.

Day 4 (Thu 31st July) – Healing the Nervous System

Restore regulation, recover connection

Trauma is often passed down through the body — and healing can begin there too. Learn from polyvagal pioneer Deb Dana, therapeutic yoga teacher Mira Binzen, somatic and equine-informed practitioner Leanna Rae, and addiction recovery coach Mike Ferullo. This day offers practical tools to calm the body and rewire intergenerational stress responses.

Day 5 (Fri 1st August) – Healing Through Self-Compassion

Break cycles with kindness, not criticism

The final day centers on the transformative power of self-compassion. You’ll learn to heal shame (Chris Germer), support teens (Karen Bluth), foster compassion in children (Wendy O’Leary & Louise Shanagher), and quiet the inner critic (Kathryn Lovewell). It’s a powerful close — helping you meet your own pain with care, and pass on resilience, not reactivity.
