The Heart of Compassion is a self-paced, on-demand course with pre-recorded video, plus a rich collection of additional materials from its teachers.
There will be 3 live-streamed Q&As with Dr. Rick Hanson at 12pm PT / 3pm ET on May 2, May 16, and May 30. However, these are optional and the recordings will be made available if you can’t attend live (or want to re-watch it).
All of the course videos will be captioned and transcripts will also be available.
