Biography

Humanity is on the brink of self (and other species) destruction because of deep disconnection from self, others and Nature. We need to join our energies together to foster our deeper capacities. Compassion is one of those capacities. Let's restore human potential and respect for Indigenous ways of being.

Why I support the Compassion Coalition

Darcia Narvaez, bilingual/bicultural professor emerita of psychology (University of Notre Dame) studies human flourishing from an interdisciplinary perspective. Her earlier careers include professional musician, business owner, classroom music teacher, classroom Spanish teacher, and seminarian. She founded EvolvedNest.org, is president of KindredWorld.org, and publishes many books including Restoring the Kinship Worldview.
