Biography

born in Morocco, worked in France as an anaesthetist for 25 years, in 2017 I turned my career towards teaching mindfulness and self-compassion to hospital staff and patients suffering from chronic pain. I co-founded the Institut de Mdecine Intgrative et Complmentaire at the university hospital in Bordeaux, France.

Why I support the Compassion Coalition

it is the practice of compassion that has enabled me to face life's trials and to grow from them. Supporting a project like GCC seems to me to be the right thing to do. I'm grateful to people like you who have enabled me to access and progress along this path.
