Ihssane IRAQI is an Obama african leader 2023 and a women in Africa young leader 2021, who has a made a career in international development within international institutions like EBRD – European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and SME support programs for the past 15 years. She has lead business coaching assignments for women entrepreneurs as well as mentoring programs. Her coaching aimed at providing beneficiaries with the support they need to grow their business profile while taking into account personal and professional priorities, promote leadership, build a network and contribute to the promotion of inclusion and diversity and awareness raising.
