Marina Cantacuzino is an author and broadcaster who in 2004 founded The Forgiveness Project, a charity that works with real stories to help break cycles of harm and create a more compassionate world. Her latest of three books on the subject of forgiveness, "Forgiveness: An Exploration" was published in 2022.

Why I support the Compassion Coalition

In the 20 years of grappling with the concept of forgiveness I've realized that to forgive is more than letting go and acceptance, more than a relief of negative emotions, the vital ingredient is that it requires a degree of compassion and empathy for the person who has hurt you.
