Strong hearts for turbulent times

with Rick Hanson, Reggie Hubbard and Kristin Neff

The New Year is the perfect time to focus on our values and goals. As many of us take a collective pause, we can focus on what brings us the most meaning and happiness. This is the time to lock-in that knowledge and use it to guide and motivate our actions in the world. This process is especially important now, given the conflicts that have brought home the persistence of suffering across the world. As we reflect on how we can bring more peace and joy to our own lives, we must also consider how we can be agents of compassion in our homes, communities, workplaces, and countries.
