Compassion: a catalyst for change

with Samineh Shaheem, Paul Gilbert, Hailan Guo, and Gonzalo Brito.

Registration required for this event.

In this discussion with a global panel of experts on compassion, we explored the connection between practicing compassion and bringing big and meaningful change to the world.

Drawing on knowledge from a range of cultures, the panel will helped build our understanding of how an absence of compassion has led to widespread suffering in the world – and how it’s practice can relieve it.

Facilitated by GCC Chief Operating Officer and longtime mindfulness and compassion teacher Dr. Steven Hickman, this unique event provided opportunities for audience contributions and dialogue on compassionate action.

Monday 6th February

10am – 11.30am ET (3pm GMT, 8.30pm IST)
