Moving beyond theory into live conversation and real-time practice, we’ll explore what empathy genuinely is, ask when we've felt truly understood, unpack what makes empathy difficult, and discover how staying curious can transform our relationships and communities.

For this Connectors Gathering, we’ll explore the theme together through live conversation, reflection and practice. Rather than simply talking about empathy, we’ll have an opportunity to experience and practice it with one another.

We’ll begin by exploring what empathy is and what it isn’t, before opening up a conversation as a whole group and in breakout rooms.
