Discover the freeing power of forgiveness

with Frits Koster and Joyce Cordus

When we practice forgiveness - on ourselves or others - we give ourselves the chance to let go of the anger, resentment, and frustration that's kept us stuck. It's a pathway to relief. And yet, despite these benefits, many of us struggle to practice it. We're often not shown great models of forgiveness in our younger years and can get confused about when and how to forgive when we're older. That's why Joyce Cordus and Frits Koster have developed the Mindfulness-Based Training in Forgiveness (MBTF). Join them as they give you the insights and tools to help you forgive yourself, ask for forgiveness, and, of course, forgive others. The training has a non-religious character and is scientifically backed.
